This entry is used to define and configure a Citrix ICA/HDX session.

Citrix connection type support three modes:

 

Config file (ICA configuration file)

Embedded file data

Custom configuration

 

The custom configuration require the XenApp Client to be installed and the session to be in embedded mode. It uses the Citrix ActiveX to open the connection. The screen size, color depth and the encryption level can be customized only when selecting the Custom configuration option.

If you have chosen the Custom configuration you will have to enter all required information concerning the remote computer.

Display

You can modify the display configuration only when using the Custom configuration option in the General tab.

Remote Desktop size

Select your remote desktop size.

Color

By default the color will be at 24 bits, you can modify the color option to:

16 Colors

256 Colors

16 Bits

24 Bits

Application name

Enter the application name.

Program path and filename

Enter the program path and filename

Start in the following folder

Define the folder path where to start the application from.

Enter the .ini client.

Encryption

Select the encryption method between:

Basic

128 logon only

40 bits

56 bits
