Register your Enterprise license

You must save your license to use Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise.

 

How to save your license serial number:

After installation (in the application).

Save the serial number for the entire team (in Data Source Settings (System Settings)).

Save the serial number for an individual (in the application).

 


 

After Installation

Immediately following installation, you will be prompted to enter a Trial license or purchased license serial number.

 

1. Copy the serial number from the email.

 

2. Enter the trial license serial number or your purchased license serial number.

 

If you are using Remote Desktop Manager with a team, we suggest saving the serial number in Data Source Settings (System Settings) as well. Everyone will have access to the license and you will only need to update it here.

 

After your 30-day trial expires you need to update your license. You will receive a new serial number when you buy or renew your Remote Desktop Manager license. You can register your license two ways:

 

Good for teams: Save the serial number in Data Source Settings (System Settings) so the license applies to all the team members.

Suitable for individuals: Save the registration key manually in application.

 

If you are using a trial license, use the instructions for individuals.

2. On Administration tab, click Data Source Settings (System Settings).

3. Select Serial Number.

4. Paste the serial number in Serial (Site/Global).

5. Check Hide serial number so members of your team can't view the serial number in Data Source Settings (System Settings) or the Register Product dialog on the Help tab.

Your Remote Desktop Manager is now active for all the members of your team.

 

The first time other users log in a Register the Application window will appear.

Users should click Cancel.

The serial number has been saved in the data source and no further action is required.

2. On Help tab, click Register Product.

3. Select Enterprise Edition.

4. Enter your Name and Email. Then paste the serial number in Serial.

5. Sign up for the newsletter (or opt-out).

The license is only saved in your individual application.
