How to Send the Application Logs Report

The Devolutions support team may ask for the application logs to help you in certain situation. Here is how to send it to the support team.

 

Workflow

 

1.Click on Help - View Application Log

2.Select the Report tab

3.Click on the Send to Support button

4.Complete the Email, Company and Name field with your information (your email address, your Company name and your name) and click on OK to send the report.
